About The Position

Position Overview

A Critical Access Hospital in Williston, ND is seeking an experienced Emergency Medicine PA to join their team on a locum basis. Provide high-quality care in a Level 4 Trauma Center with full support, flexible scheduling, and competitive compensation.

Key Details : Pay Rate : $150 / hr

Schedule : 3x 12-hr shifts / week | 10 AM – 10 PM | rotating weekends & holidays

Start Date : August 20, 2025 (ongoing coverage)

Volume : ~45 ER visits / day

Facility : 25-bed Critical Access Hospital, Level 4 Trauma Center

Support : MD onsite 24 / 7 + full nursing staff

EMR : Meditech

Job Requirements

Requirements : Board-Certified PA

Active North Dakota License & ND DEA

ACLS, PALS, BLS, TNCC (all required)

Experience in emergency care, comfortable with rural / high-autonomy practice

Clean malpractice / background preferred
