Jack Laurie Group is seeking a Construction Clean Manager to lead and work alongside field teams on active construction cleaning projects. This hands-on role ensures work is completed safely, efficiently, and to our high-quality standardswhile maintaining labor budgets and schedules.

The ideal candidate is a strong, adaptable leader who thrives in fast-paced construction environments and leads by example.

Key responsibilities include :

• Leading and working alongside cleaning crews to ensure safety, productivity, and quality.
• Assigning daily tasks, monitoring progress, and managing crew hours within budget.
• Serving as the on-site point of contact for general contractors and project supervisors.
• Coordinating schedules, access, and sequencing to meet project timelines.
• Conducting on-site quality and safety checks, addressing issues immediately.
• Planning and adjusting crew schedules in partnership with operations managers.
• Ensuring equipment, supplies, and chemicals are available and properly used.
• Training and mentoring team members on cleaning standards and safety practices.
