You'll handle a mix of tasksfrom speaking with past-due customers and setting up repayment plans to coordinate repossessions and managing third-party collection agencies. You'll research account details, prepare documentation, and ensure all actions comply with federal and state regulations. Each day brings new challenges that will draw on your analytical skills and industry knowledge.
