Job Description
The Priestly Fraternity of St. Peter (FSSP) is looking for a dynamic and creative individual to manage our Donor Services team at our Provincial headquarters in South Abington, PA.
This managerial role oversees all aspects of the Donor Services team reporting to the Provencial Director of Fundraising.

Using the ancient liturgy as our well-spring, we form our priests in the traditions of the Church to serve at the altar and in the parish so that the fullness of Christ might enter the emptiness of the world.
Responsibilities :
- Understand, uphold, and promote Catholic values in support of the mission of the Priestly Fraternity of St. Peter
- Provide vision and leadership for the Donor Services team creating a donor focused environment that provides timely, accurate, and informative interactions with donors
- Maintain agility and flexibility for Donor Services to support donors in new and unique ways including recent implementation of Donor Portal, JustGiving (Peer-to Peer), and current research for automated check processing
- Oversee all donation processing including stock gifts, EFT, Donor Advised Funds, IRA's, checks, credit cards, pledges, online gifts, matching gifts, planned gifts, trusts, grants, Benevity, etc.
- Ensure that all donors are properly stewarded with timely acknowledgements by donor focused interactions via phone and email
- Review and update all acknowledgement templates, pledge reminders, and regular correspondence documents to enhance donor relationships
- Manage all aspects of recurring gifts and pledges to ensure payment information is current by engaging interactions with donors
- Establish, update and revise department policies, procedures, and standards to reflect best practice and organizational efficiency
- Validate accuracy of gifts utilizing cross checks and provide assistance and training as necessary
- Review refund and adjustment transactions to identify and adopt any procedural changes needed
- Coordinate Adjutorium and Confraternity membership programs
- Maintain donor records and monitor accuracy of all donor gift and biographical information ensuring proper solicit codes, current addresses, and deceased record coding
- Manage daily activities of team to ensure proper coverage is scheduled at peak times
- Coordinate and discuss system enhancements and reports needed with Database Administrator and provide support to isolate problem areas
- Collaborate with Fundraising Team, Finance, Planned Giving, Data Administration, and Provincial Employees to research, review, implement, and maintain best practices for Donor Services
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree
- 3-5 years Development / Fundraising experience with emphasis in gift processing
- Proficiency with Raiser's Edge NXT or similar fundraising CRM
- MS 365 : Outlook, Word, Excel including proficiency in letter formats, mail merge, and spreadsheets
- MS Teams
- Experience with management and team building
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
