LHH Recruitment Solutions is actively seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Inside Sales Support Representative for a prominent client in Charlotte, North Carolina.
This role is ideal for individuals looking to leverage their customer service skills while supporting a dynamic sales team in an engaging and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Customer Engagement : Assess customer needs and deliver exceptional support to both end users and the sales team.
- Order Processing : Manage sales order entry, follow up on orders, and handle factory quote requests. Create purchase orders for distribution items efficiently.
- Record Management : Keep thorough records of customer interactions, update customer accounts, and maintain organized filing systems.
- Communication : Answer incoming calls, respond to inquiries, and provide accurate product information while adhering to company communication standards.
- Documentation : Update and maintain electronic product literature and assist with additional tasks as needed, to be discussed during the interview.
Qualifications :
Experience : 2 to 3 years of experience in customer support roles, particularly in collaboration with outside sales teams.
An associate degree is advantageous.
- Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong phone handling abilities and active listening skills.
- Technical Skills : Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiar with CRM systems;
experience with SAGE CRM is a plus.
- Organizational Skills : Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
- Mechanical Understanding : A basic understanding of engineered process equipment will be considered a plus.
