Journeymen Technician responsibilities include, but are not limited to :
- Perform vehicle maintenance, repairs, and documenting repairs.
- Perform vehicle inspections.
- Communicate with service advisor when additional repairs are needed or when repairs cannot be completed in the scheduled time period.
- Inspect and test-drive vehicles to ensure that all features function properly.
- Install accessories on new vehicles as specified by the dealer.

- Weekly Efficiency Bonus :
- 102.5% efficiency pays an additional $1.00 per flat rate hour (earning up to $35.45 per hour!)
- 115% efficiency pays an additional $2.00 per flat rate hour (earning up to $36.45 per hour!)
- 127.5% efficiency pays an additional $3.50 per flat rate hour (earning up to $37.95 per hour!)
- Signing Bonus Potential up to $3,500.00!

Qualifications needed :
- Technical automotive training or equivalent work experience
- Positive work attitude
- Basic computer skills
- Any Stellantis Training Levels a huge plus!
Qualified applicants must have a valid driver's license and the ability to pass a background check along with a drug test once a conditional offer of employment is given.
