About TIGRE Firestop Insulation :
TIGRE Firestop Insulation, is a growing organization in the construction and firestop industry. We're seeking a talented individual to join our team as we expand our operations, with plans to double our business in three years and reach $25 million in sales within a decade.
Role Overview :
We are looking for a versatile Financial and Administrative Coordinator to support our finance, human resources, and administrative functions.
This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and is eager to grow with our company.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
- Handle billing and collections
- Process payroll and assist with human resources tasks
- Perform financial reconciliations
- Utilize advanced Excel skills, including creating and analyzing pivot tables
- Assist with various administrative tasks as needed
- Support team members with occasional travel, typically starting on Fridays
Qualifications :
- Experience in at least two of the following areas : accounts payable, accounts receivable, billing, payroll, human resources, collections, or financial reconciliations
- Advanced Excel skills, particularly with pivot tables and data analysis
- Strong analytical abilities combined with excellent teamwork skills
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies
- Commitment to integrity, excellence, and taking ownership of tasks
- Interest in pursuing additional certifications in accounting and business management
Preferred Qualifications :
- Experience in the construction or foundation industries
- Knowledge of firestop systems and applications
