Senior Platform Support Engineer - Infrastructure

Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced and proactive Senior Platform Engineer to join our technology operations team. This role is pivotal in managing and evolving our enterprise platforms, ensuring robust performance, security, and scalability across our infrastructure. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in cloud and network technologies, with a strong focus on operational excellence, change management, and documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain secure and scalable platform infrastructure across cloud and hybrid environments.
• Administer and optimize Microsoft 365 (M365) services and Azure cloud resources.
• Manage and support Cato Networks SD-WAN and security services.
• Configure and troubleshoot Cisco and Meraki network infrastructure.
• Lead and execute change management processes, ensuring compliance and minimal disruption.
• Produce and maintain high-quality documentation for systems, processes, and configurations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support platform integration, automation, and incident resolution.
• Contribute to platform strategy, architecture decisions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
