We are seeking a Clinical Operations Assistant to :
- Assist in clinic operations by listening to sick calls, collaborate on staff schedules / time off / float requests and payroll.
- Perform administrative tasks such as updating data reports, meeting minutes and managing calendars.
- Assist with departmental needs that include ordering supplies, resource for policies, and education tools.
- Collaborate with Manager on facility needs meetings, emails, ancillary services.

Education :
Minimum High School diploma or equivalent.
Preferred Associate’s Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare or related field.
Work Experience :
Minimum One (1) year of experience in an administrative support role.
Preferred Three (3) years of experience in an administrative support function. Previous experience in a health care setting
