Responsibilities include :

Support vehicle durability testing – providing initial triage for technical vehicle issues (electrical and powertrain)
Communicate durability issues to CTC personnel, sharing information freely and quickly
Increase on-road durability vehicle uptime
Develop / train individual team members
Represent the "Voice of the Customer" to the platform teams to drive changes to improve products
Collaborate with Test Schedule Development on modified or new test schedules
Support team with vehicle triage on technical issues

Position is on-site 100% at Chelsea Proving Grounds
