Territory Sales Capital Equipment
My client is a global leader in medical device that develops innovative technologies and solutions that specifically targets orthopedics, chiropractic offices and physical therapy centers.
They are seeking to hire a Territory Sales Rep responsible for promoting products / solutions growth within existing accounts and prospecting and hunting for new business.
The Territory Sales Rep will manage an entire sales cycle and develop sales strategies in support of business initiatives.
The ideal candidate should have a background of strong, successful and documented performances.
Responsibilities :
- Meet / exceed sales quotas within assigned territory
- Manage sales pipeline; prospect, generate leads
- Develop and implement sales strategies; support business strategies and initiatives
- Establish and build client relationships; manage client and partner relationships; promote strong networks
- Drive sales, efficiencies and promote growth within assigned territory
- Maintain and demonstrate knowledge of product / solutions; present product demos
- Provide education on products for patients, existing and potential clients
- Create tailored solutions for clients in collaboration with other depts.
- Ensure client satisfaction; resolve any issues
- Continuous improvement efforts; make recommendations to enhance performance
- Keep well-informed of available products / solutions, competitors, market trends and articulate the value proposition
- Attend conferences and trade shows on new products and technologies
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Min. 1+ years of Medical Device Sales experience preferred
- Will consider 1+ years of B2B Business Development experience
- Knowledge / Understanding of technical products and clinical sciences
- Documented Sales Success of meeting / exceeding sales goals
- Experience prospecting and closing deals
- Strong Communication & Presentation skills
- Excellent Analytical & Negotiation skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, CRM (Salesforce preferred)
- Ability to travel within territory
Offering :
- Base Salary $40,000
- Year 1 @ plan $135,000+
- Uncapped Commissions
- Expenses : Car Allowance + Mileage and Phone, Laptop
