Job Description
- Administer medications, perform treatments, and document as required
- Evaluate and interpret diagnostic tests to assess patients' conditions
- Assess and evaluate patient needs and responses to care
- Provide primary and emergency care for injuries and illnesses
- Collaborate with the nursing team to create a Plan of Care for patients
- Guide ancillary personnel and maintain professional nursing standards
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of a professional nursing program
- Current Registered Nurse license
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
- 1-3 years of previous clinical experience in Med-Surg or Progressive Care
- Strong communication, prioritization, organizational, and time-management skills
- Knowledge of quality concepts and problem-solving techniques
