Job Title : Recruiting Coordinator
Location : San Jose, CA
Responsibilities :
Interview scheduling and coordination : Handle all virtual and in person interview scheduling requests, including coordination of complex interview schedules for multiple leaders at various levels.
Ensure accuracy and timeliness within established Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Candidate Experience Advocacy : Advocate for and ensure a quality candidate experience through all stages of the candidate lifecycle.
This includes prompt and professional communication with candidates, managing travel arrangements as needed, and overseeing the progression of in-person interviews, including monitoring these sessions and coordinating lunch arrangements to ensure a welcoming and seamless experience.
Process Efficiency : Support the development and implementation of recruiting processes that align with business objectives, aiming to make the recruitment process more efficient.
Produce basic reports from the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and understand the outputs.
- Background Check and Offer Creation : Responsible for initiating and monitoring background checks and creating offer letters, ensuring all pre-employment processes are completed accurately and on time.
- Sourcing Support : May assist with sourcing for events, junior, and / or high-volume roles by posting jobs, generating referrals, and reviewing resumes.

- 2+ years experience in Recruiting Coordination, HR operations, Customer Experience / Success or Sales experience within a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Ability to be self-directed and handle multiple priorities and work effectively under varying time lines
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills; ability to work effectively with a variety of internal and external clients and demonstrated adaptability to rapidly evolving environments
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, with a strong sense of accountability and professionalism.
- Experience using ATS (e.g., Greenhouse) a plus
- A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or related field is preferred.
