While no two days are exactly alike, here are some of the things you will be responsible for :
Provide personal caregiving services in accordance with an established plan of direct care
Provide for the personal needs and comfort of people in their own homes
Assist patients with activities of daily living
Perform general housekeeping activities
Provide transportation assistance to and from activities and appointments
Offer compassionate companionship to patients

The Nursing Home Administrator will be responsible for overall financial and clinical operations of the community. A major part of this role includes supervising all departments to ensure quality care, regulatory compliance, and financial performance. When you join the LeaderStat team as an interim leader, you’ll be connected with a dedicated specialist before and during your assignment. They will work with you to coordinate onboarding, book and pay for travel arrangements, and assist with any questions along the way. Job Duties Financial management of the facility Ability to form and maintain trusting relationships with staff, residents and families Identify any operational issues and work to implement timely solutions Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local compliance regulations Qualifications At least two years of experience serving as an Executive Director or Administrator in continuing care retirement community Bachelor’s degree Obtain required licensure in West Virginia, if applicable Passion for serving senior populations Ability to motivate staff and drive resident and family satisfaction Benefits Weekly
