NOW HIRING : Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Full Time / Part-time
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Responsibilities Include :
- Provide quality nursing care to residents under the supervision of an RN or physician.
- Assist in developing and implementing care plans tailored to residents' needs.
- Monitor residents' health, including taking vital signs and administering medications.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of residents' health and treatment plans.
- Support daily living activities, ensuring residents' comfort and dignity.
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Qualifications :
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- LPN certification or state license in NJ
- Ability to work independently or as part of a group
- Previous LTC / SNF experience preferred
