This position is responsible for aligning the business strategies of the Bank with its technology, specifically the Bank's CORE Systems and ancillary products including but not limited to DocuSign, Zoom, CashSuite and Verafin.

Provide network and application support. The IT Manager will work closely with management to identify, recommend, develop, implement, and support cost-effective technology solutions for all aspects of the organization.

Communicates with both external vendors and internal teams to review, analyze, evaluate, and support business systems. Makes recommendations on new systems designed to increase productivity and improve efficiencies.

Liaison between technology vendors, Core application vendor and the support teams, business units, and management.

What Will Be Your Key Accountabilities?

  • Responsible for analyzing network security systems and other IT systems.
  • Work with external vendor on safeguarding networks against unauthorized access.
  • Maximize the Bank's technology by developing best practices for current core application technology, spearheading the technology research and development efforts and planning future core application needs.
  • Chairperson for the Bank's IT Steering Committee providing direction, project management and coordination between departments on IT related projects.
  • Bank's Business Continuity Plan Coordinator, performing continual plan review and updates. Includes scheduling and participation in all required testing.
  • Assist in all aspects of the product development and management process : collect competitive data, including pricing information, and present to management;

collect and present relevant data from internal sources; assist in ongoing research and tracking projects as requested.

  • Work closely with all applicable departments to identify business re quire ments needed for system modifications, enhancement, and implementations.
  • Perform annual training on applications to share enhancements and best practices including but not limited to DocuSign, Zoom, etc.
  • Monitor IT tickets and IT Vendor system reporting for optimal service.
  • Manage individual key technology projects from development throughimplementation ; ensuring projected return on investment and product or system expectations are met.
  • Provide onsite technology support, including trouble shooting remote access and other access or application issues.
  • Provide advanced in-house technical support and coordinate with external vendor.
  • Research and recommend cost effective equipment solutions.
  • Administrator for various applications including upgrades, but not limited to Fiserv Premier, Integrated Teller, BotDoc and other applications.
  • Review and monitor core system security reporting. In conjunction with others prepare and disseminate to branches changes in core and IT procedures as needed from application upgrades or regulatory changes.

Regulatory can be in conjunction with Compliance and Risk Officer.

  • Cost analysis of new product or service and post implementation review.
  • Primary person responsible for Bank's Vendor Management Program including monitoring of vendor's performance and review of required vendor's SOC reports.

Additionally, you will bring :

  • Bachelor's degree (B.A.) preferred or equivalent experience.
  • A minimum of 10 years' experience of similar or related experience.
  • Experience with Fiserv Premier and Integrated Teller preferred.
  • Ability to communicate at all levels. Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently with limited direction from supervisor.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy; good organizational, research and follow-up skills.
  • Requires the ability to exercise independent judgment and employ basic reasoning skilssAbility to work successfully in a deadline driven, team environment
  • Capability of working well independently and as part of a team and exercising appropriate level of authority commensurate with experience and responsibility.
