The work :
- Provide ongoing technical support and maintenance of production and development systems and software products (both remote and onsite) and for configured services running on various platforms (operating within a defined operating model and processes).
- Provide hardware / software support and implement technology at the operating system-level across all server and network areas, and for particular software solutions / vendors / brands.
- Work includes L1 and L2 / basic and intermediate level troubleshooting.
Here's what you need :
- 7+ years of overall experience in a software technical environment
- Experience in upkeep, configuration, and reliable operation of computer systems with responsibilities such as uptime, performance, resources, and security of computers used by end-users
- Experience in Linux / RHEL System Administration / Installation (reviewing logs, system documentation)
- Experience in Tomcat, Applications management and operating system upgrades
- Experience in supporting AWS infrastructure implementation / administration (i.e. AWS IAM, VPC, EC2, EBS, EFS, RDS, and / or S3)
- Analyzing security requirements (Compliance, Standards) and applying latest security patches to ensure that each resource or system has the proper resources allocated to it.
- Active Secret security clearance

As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, New York, Washington, and the District of Columbia .
The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set and level of experience.
