Job Description

Manage day-to-day operations on healthcare construction projects, ensuring timelines and budgets are met. Supervise on-site teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure quality workmanship. Enforce safety protocols and maintain compliance with industry regulations. Coordinate with project managers and stakeholders to ensure seamless communication. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues. Oversee material procurement and ensure proper resource allocation. Maintain accurate project documentation, including schedules, reports, and logs. Resolve conflicts and ensure smooth project execution.
