Must Haves :

• Experience with conversational AI chatbot projects
• Previous experience with GenAI projects
• AWS expertise is a MUST, including experience with Lex, Lambda, S3, API Gateway, and DynamoDB
• Exposure to Gen AI and implementation experience; Python development skills are beneficial but not required
• Conversational AI / NLP Implementation :
• Hands-on experience with NLP / NLU tools (e.g., Amazon Lex, Google Dialogflow, Rasa, Azure Bot Framework)
• Knowledge of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) models for dynamic, context-aware responses
• Experience designing and deploying chatbot solutions across web and mobile platforms
• Familiarity with cloud-native services, including compute, storage, and networking architecture
• Integration & DevOps :
• Experience designing APIs and integrating chatbots with backend services
• Knowledge of CI / CD pipelines, containerization (Docker), and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, CloudFormation)
