Role Overview :

A community health center in Yonkers, NY, is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide care and support medical staff across locations.

The ideal candidate will conduct patient interviews, gather health histories, administer treatments, provide education, and promote positive outcomes through tailored interventions based on present needs.

Compensation : $38.00 / HR

Location : Westchester County, New York

Schedule : Monday - Friday from 8 / 9 am to 5 pm

Responsibilities :

149; Interviewing patients and documenting observations

149; Collecting health histories and vital signs

149; Administering injections, labs, and medications

149; Educating patients on self-care topics

149; Following up on tests and appointments

149; Partnering closely with registered nurses and providers

Qualifications :

149; High school diploma or equivalent

149; Licensed Practical Nurse certification

149; Strong communication and documentation abilities

149; 1+ years medical or community care experience

149; Knowledge of health screening tools

149; Detail-oriented with strong follow-up
