Requirements  Days and nights, 7+shifts / month availability. Applicants should be 240 miles outside of El Paso (4 hours)

Active TX State Medical License, DEA (with TX address), Board Certified / Board Eligible in ABEM (or osteopathic counterparts),

• Must be residency trained in Speciality Certified in
• , ACLS, ATLS,
• If ABEM, need current ACLS and 1X proof of ATLS
• , CME past 2 years, case logs past 2 years, copies of all education & training diplomas, SS Card, Driver's license, color photo emailed to MSO, TB / FLU / Hep B / MMR / VARICELLA Immunization records.

Certifications do not need to be AHA. The application is online. When we are ready for the hospital application to be sent to the providers, MSL will send the RFA form (Request for application) to the MSO, which will initiate the hospital application process with the CVO. The CVO will then send a link to the provider to access the hospital application.
