A company is looking for a Member Contact Center Sales Associate (FT & PT) to work from home.Key Responsibilities : Utilize relationship selling to assist members with maximizing membership benefits and planning domestic travelProvide exceptional customer service and respond to member inquiries regarding various AAA products and servicesProcess new memberships, renewals, upgrades, and payments while maintaining accurate membership dataRequired Qualifications : High School Diploma or equivalent2-5 years of sales and customer service experience, preferably in a call center environmentAbility to obtain motor club licensing within 60 days of hireMust maintain a stable, secure, and hard-wired internet connectionWillingness to work overtime, holidays, and specific days as required by business needs
