Job Title : Registered Nurse (RN) - Float Pool
Location : Grapevine, TX
Shift : 12-Hour Nights (7 : 00 PM - 7 : 00 AM)
Schedule : 3 Shifts Per Week, 36 Scheduled Hours
Hourly Pay : $32 - $53
Job Overview :
As a RN Float, you'll be a critical part of the healthcare team, coordinating patient care using our nursing model. Youll assess patient needs, plan personalized care, and evaluate their response to treatment.
Your expertise ensures a smooth transition for patients through their healthcare journey, and youll delegate care tasks to team members based on patient conditions and staff competency.
Key Responsibilities :
- Focus on patient and family needs, developing care plans and adjusting them as needed for desired outcomes.
- Provide safe and therapeutic care for patients and staff, assisting in managing both emotional and physical pain.
- Embrace diversity by incorporating patient perspectives and needs into care plans.
- Educate patients, families, staff, and community continuously and assess learning progress.
- Collaborate with the care team to implement care plans and delegate tasks appropriately.
- Solve problems efficiently and make recommendations for patient care based on professional expertise.
- Continually seek professional development opportunities and contribute to community service.

Qualifications :
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program or 2 years of relevant work experience.
- Nursing specialization or field of study.
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on nursing experience required.
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 30 days of hire.
