Experience :
- Five (5) to ten (10) years of leadership / management experience
- Three (3) to five (5) years of experience in Medicare Advantage sales in Southern California
- Minimum three (3) years of experience conducting sales presentations and training to a variety of stakeholders
Education : Bachelors degree

Job Description :
- Strong and effective lead generation planning and lead management
- Encouraging innovation and pioneering thinking whenever possible
- Quickly identify and effectively resolve issues and problems in a way that supports the long-term goals of the organization
- Lead, mentor, and support internal field sales to ensure productive and compliant sales activities
- Build and maintain strong, trusting, and supportive relationships with bi-lingual / multi-lingual agencies and brokers
- Develop and execute a distribution strategy that drives sales growth from target audiences
- Represent Clever Care Health Plan at trade shows and industry events
- Meet Market budget targets for all expense areas including T&E and Co-op
- Ensure a regular cadence of sales coaching sessions, review the performance of your team, and provide performance guidance
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop opportunities for benefits consultants, agencies, and brokers
- Travel up to 65% of the time within the assigned market
- Other duties as assigned
Position Requirements :
- Bilingual in English and Chinese / Korean / Vietnamese is highly desirable
- Valid California Medicare Sales Life / Health Insurance license (required)
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and insurance required with a clean driving record
- Demonstrated ability in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
- Solid knowledge of Medicare sales, marketing compliance, and Medicare Advantage sales processes
- Exceptional written and communication skills
- Detail-oriented, organized, strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Ability to sit for long periods; stand, sit, reach, bend, lift up to fifteen (15) lbs.
