This role emphasizes exceptional customer service, enhancing each customer's experience with the wow factor.

Key Responsibilities :
- Opening and closing the car wash facility
- Delivering outstanding customer service
- Efficiently loading vehicles into the car wash tunnel
- Maintaining clean vacuum and car wash areas
- Operating the cash register and point-of-sale software
- Managing and promoting Wash Club Memberships
- Performing additional tasks as assigned by management
