job_description.job_card.job_descriptionPrepare and verify sterile pounded medications (TPNs, antibiotics, IV hydration) Dispense and process prescriptions with accuracy and regulatory pliance Partner with providers to optimize drug therapy and ensure evidence-based care Monitor patient therapies, provide pharmacokinetic support, and review for contraindications Educate patients, providers, and staff on therapy plans and safe medication use Supervise pharmacy technicians and ensure efficient day-to-day operations Stay current on infusion best practices, regulatory changes, and new therapies Maintain pliance with all legal, safety, and accreditation requirements Active and clear Arizona Pharmacist License Minimum 12 years of infusion pharmacy experience required (no exceptions) Proficiency in sterile pounding and strong clinical knowledge Excellent munication and leadership skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growing environment Successful pletion of an infusion petency test during the on-site interview Opportunity to transition from contract to permanent role Work in a brand-new, modern infusion facility with cutting-edge resources Be part of a growing team making a direct impact on patient care

Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
Soliant Health is seeking an experienced Infusion Pharmacist for a contract-to-hire opportunity with a leading infusion pharmacy in the Chandler / Phoenix area . This is a full-time position in a newly expanded, state-of-the-art facility that is rapidly growing and focused on delivering exceptional patient care.
Position Overview :
- Schedule : MondayFriday, 8-hour shifts between 8 : 00 AM 7 : 30 PM
- Rotating on-call weekends required
- Contract Length : 13 weeks with option to transition to permanent hire
Role Summary :
The Infusion Pharmacist will play a key role in preparing and verifying sterile pounds, monitoring patient therapies, and collaborating with providers to achieve optimal outes. The focus will be on acute conditions, including IV hydration, TPNs, and antibiotics, while overseeing pharmacy operations and supporting technical staff.
