Are you a paralegal with business or employment litigation experience interested in a new job opportunity in Raleigh, NC?
- You will be responsible for drafting, formatting, and proofreading correspondence and legal documents, including pleadings, briefs, memorandum, discovery, and more;
- filing and e-filing in state and federal courts; calendaring, including scheduling appointment, meetings, and conference calls;
docketing and deadline management; and other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications :
- 4+ years of strong litigation experience, business or employment litigation a must!
- Strong computer proficiency, especially with MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
- A thorough understanding of filing and e-filing procedures in state and federal courts
- Solid organizational and multi-tasking skills with high attention to detail
- Great communication and interpersonal skills with a helpful, no-job-too-small mindset
Salary : $80,000 / yr. - $90,000 / yr.
