Remote Senior Network Engineer

LaSalle Network is partnered with a technology solutions company that is seeking an experienced Remote Senior Network Engineer to join the team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in Cisco ACI, Network Architecture and Cisco ISE. This is a 6-month contract-to-hire opportunity and will require occasional travel around the Midwest.

Remote Senior Network Engineer Responsibilities :

• Design, implement and manage Cisco ACI, Cisco ISE, SDA, Aruba, Silver Peak, wireless, wired normal switching infrastructures
• Provide expert-level support for network-related issues and incidents
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex network problems
• Develop and maintain network documentation and diagrams
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful deployment of network solutions
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in network engineering

Remote Senior Network Engineer Requirements :

• Cisco CCNP or CCIE certification preferred
• 5+ years of experience in network engineering
• Hands-on experience with Cisco ACI, Cisco ISE, SDA, Aruba, Silver Peak, wireless, wired normal switching technologies
• Strong understanding of TCP / IP, routing, switching and network security principles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
