We are assisting one of the fastest growing commercial general contractors in Houston as ranked by the Houston Business Journal.
They are a full-service construction firm providing contracting, design / build, CM at risk and CM at fee service.
Due to tremendous growth, they are looking to add a commercial Superintendent with experience in all facets of commercial construction to their Austin office.
The company's portfolio is very diverse with projects of all sizes and in all sectors.
Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years experience in commercial construction handling projects >
$10M.
- Managed crews of ten (10) or more tradesmen
- Managed all subcontractors on a single project.
- Organize site project progress meetings, compile meeting minutes and perform preconstruction meetings.
- OSHA 30 hour, First Aid / CPR
- Ability to perform layout with use of construction survey equipment is a plus.
- Understanding of plans, specifications and construction documents
- Strong work ethic, decisive, ambitious, with an unwavering commitment to quality
- High level of motivation, integrity, and commitment to team and customer
- Results-orientated with proven ability to organize, plan and prioritize work to meet deadlines
- Ability to provide leadership field personal and subcontractors
- Ability to manage owner expectations
