Clinical Therapist

This leading provider is adding a Clinical Therapist with a passion in addiction to their team. This role will be responsible for counseling individuals and families (including children / adolescents) regarding substance abuse, trauma, and emotional problems.

Our client offers the ability to work only 4 days a week (Mon - Thursday, including one night shift) to achieve a nice work life balance.

Highlighted Duties :

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide evidence-based counseling services to clients, including individual, group, and family therapy sessions.
• Work closely with families to facilitate client engagement and recovery for all.
• Facilitate psychoeducational and therapeutic groups focused on addiction recovery and relapse prevention.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and community resources to ensure comprehensive care coordination.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment interventions.
• Provide services billable to third-party payors.
• Participate in regular team meetings, case consultations, and continuing education activities to enhance clinical skills.

Highlighted Requirements :

• Master’s Degree in Social Work or other Human Services area.
• Must hold at least one of the following licenses : LPCC, LCADC, LCSW, LMFT, or LPAT - would also consider CSW, MFT or LPCA
• Passion for addiction counseling and commitment to client-centered care
• Experience with 12 step recovery preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
