Key Responsibilities
Provide strategic and operational insights to senior leadership for key initiatives and growth plans
Act as a liaison between the President and market teams, ensuring alignment and communication of plans
Oversee the development of meeting materials and manage special projects as assigned by leadership
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Strategy, Health Care Administration, or a related field
7+ years of experience in Strategic Planning or Business Development
Experience in managing projects and collaborating with senior leadership
Ability to identify impacts, risks, and interdependencies in strategic initiatives
Proficiency in developing presentations and operational plans
