The Mount Sinai Health System is currently seeking a Full-time Hematology-Oncology physician for Brooklyn.

The Mount Sinai Health System is seeking a full time hematologist / oncologist to a growing, dynamic Brooklyn cancer practice.

The cancer practice provides the community with compassionate, high quality cancer care offering patients access to the newest treatments and research.

The practice offers expertise in a wide range of areas including solid tumors, hematological malignancies, and non-malignant hematology.

Our services include chemotherapy infusion, immunotherapy, targeted therapy, and bone marrow biopsies and aspirates.

The ideal candidates will play an instrumental role in ensuring excellent patient care, quality outcomes, and satisfaction.

In addition, we would like our talented physician candidates to have a passion for Medical Oncology and be fully committed to the mission of Mount Sinai Health System.

The chosen candidates will have the opportunity to partner with the world renowned, Icahn School of Medicine. Mount Sinai’s Department of Hematology / Oncology is strongly committed to caring for the whole patient and places special emphasis on providing patient-centered care.

Position Description :

  • Provide medical care in a high-functioning outpatient setting
  • Provide inpatient consultations at Mount Sinai Brooklyn Hospital
  • University affiliated; community based practice
  • Collaborate with multi-specialty practice colleagues as an integral part of a world-class health system

Position Qualifications :

  • Medical Degree from an Accredited University
  • New York Medical License
  • Board Eligible or Board Certified in Hematology / Oncology
  • Committed to Mount Sinai and the communities we serve
  • Excellent communication, bedside manner, and organizational skills
  • A strong work ethic and desire to participate in a team-oriented, performance-driven Health System

Compensation range from 275K to 500K (not including bonuses / incentive compensation or benefits)

Salary Disclosure Information :

Mount Sinai Health System provides a salary range to comply with the New York City law on Salary Transparency in Job Advertisements.

Actual salaries depend on a variety of factors, including experience, specialties, historical productivity, historical collections, and hospital / community need.

As such, an actual salary may fall closer to one or the other end of the range, and in certain circumstances, may wind up being outside of the listed salary range.

The salary range listed is for full-time employment and does not include bonuses / incentive compensation or benefits.
