Schedule Mid 3x12-Hour shifts (15 : 00 - 03 : 00) Job Description We are seeking a skilled Emergency Room Registered Nurse (ER RN) with a minimum of 1 year of experience to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in a general emergency department that treats both adult and pediatric patients, and will be responsible for providing high-quality care to patients with various acute conditions. Responsibilities Provide emergency care to patients of all ages, including neonates, adolescents, and geriatrics. Monitor and manage patients with multisystem organ dysfunction and failure. Perform necessary procedures including IV therapy, phlebotomy, and blood product administration. Administer emergency medications and manage IV sedation and paralytics. Interpret and manage dysrhythmias and obtain 12 lead EKGs. Ensure adherence to isolation precautions and assist in orthopedic care as needed. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for comprehensive patient care. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Minimum 1 year of experience as an ER Registered Nurse. Current BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NIHSS certifications required. Experience with central line care and management. Ability to work with fluctuating patient ratios (1 : 5 during days, nights, and weekends). Epic charting system experience preferred. Must be flexible to float as needed based on census.
