FP&A Analyst

As an FP&A Analyst, you will join our team to provide strategic financial analysis and insights to department management.

You will play a key role in budgeting, forecasting, and supporting the financial decision-making process to drive the company's strategic goals and objectives.

Adkom is one of the largest national OOH media operators and fully owned by Blip. Adkom gives advertisers consolidated coverage that helps reach audiences via new national OOH inventory by eliminating the fragmentation among hundreds of independent media providers.

You!

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• 1-2 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis or corporate finance
• Strong proficiency in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting techniques
• Advanced knowledge of Excel and experience with financial planning software
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to own your work product and meet deadlines within a supportive, but fast-paced and high-achieving environment

Position Responsibilities :

• Own FP&A model management for our three revenue-generating products, ensuring accuracy and consistency
• Assist in the preparation of annual budgets, financial forecasts, and long-term financial plans, ensuring they are aligned with the company's strategic goals and objectives
• Manage the expense model, monitoring and analyzing expenditures to identify cost-saving opportunities
• Provide monthly budgeting variance analysis and forecasting to multiple stakeholders, highlighting key insights and recommendations
• Support month-end close processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting
• Present data through forms, graphs, and charts to effectively communicate financial information
• Analyze newly proposed program plans, goals, and objectives, offering financial insights and recommendations
• Conduct ad-hoc analysis to inform business decisions and perform deep dives into critical focus areas for the financial health of the business
• Prepare and maintain financial and operational KPI metrics, including those focused on sales bookings, operational metrics, and overall financial performance
