Logistics Technician II / III - Assistant Team Lead - Days (12-Hour Shift)

We are looking for an Assistant Team Leader (ATL) to closely work with the Raw Materials Lead (RML) to meet productivity and quality goals. As a Trex Assistant Lead Winchester Poly warehouse, you will be responsible for helping the team of warehouse associates to ensure smooth, safe, and efficient daily operations. Also have strong communications with the Raw Material Leader on any team and material issues. This role is key member of our Operations team.

Responsibilities :

• Put Safety first- always!
• Work as a Team to support our "People First" Culture
• Lead a team of warehouse associates to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Ensure trailers are being loaded with the closest material for productive loading.

Learn and Understand all functions in BU 416 (material WIP for railing manufacturing)

Work with the RML to Train, mentor, and develop team members to enhance their skills and performance. This includes but not limited to.
