Responsibilities
Client Interaction : Communicate with clients to understand their insurance needs and recommend suitable solutions.
Sales Support : Assist clients in selecting insurance plans, processing transactions, and addressing inquiries.
Policy Management : Manage and maintain client policies, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Customer Service : Provide exceptional service to clients, addressing concerns and resolving issues in a timely manner.
Documentation : Maintain accurate records of client interactions and policy details.
Requirements
Licensing : Active Arizona Property & Casualty License preferred.Sales Experience : Previous experience in insurance sales or a related field advantageous.
Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Customer-Centric : Strong commitment to exceeding customer expectations.
Local Presence : Must be willing to work on-site in Tucson, Arizona.Team Player : Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and maintain positive working relationships.
Tech Proficiency : Familiarity with insurance-related software and tools.
