What You’ll Do :

• Provide personal care, including assistance with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Offer companionship and engage clients in meaningful activities.
• Monitor clients’ health and report any changes to the appropriate personnel.
• Foster a safe and comfortable environment for our clients.

What You’ll Bring :

• A passion for helping others and a heart full of compassion.
• Previous caregiving experience is a plus, but we’re happy to train the right person.
• Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.

Requirements :

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ years experience or related healthcare experience preferred, but not required to be a caregiver.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Successful completion of background checks and drug screenings.
• Physical capability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform various physical tasks.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate and positive attitude.
• Ability to work independently and adhere to care plans.

Compensation and Benefits :

Standard hourly rates of $18 to $20, paid biweekly.

Additional rates available on a case-by-case basis, up to $25 / hr!
