About This Opportunity
Our InComm Healthcare team is growing! The Project Manager position requires the ability to coordinate, plan, document and manage InComm Healthcare implementation projects.
Knowledge of and familiarity with the retailers’ point-of-sale systems, Payments Processing industry, and bankcard operations to a variety of service providers is also strongly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Maintain complete control and responsibility for the entire installation and implementation process the financial services multi-project environment including projects development lifecycle including initiation, planning, execution, closing, monitoring.
- Manages the project team resources assigned to a project within budget and project schedule
Drives all task to completion in order to meet project goals.
- Provide professional consultation on hardware, software, and network solutions to effectively meet the customer's business needs
- Assess and evaluate client needs and Product team scope for initial requirements of project and develop project plan and objectives based on the assessment.
- Prepare and maintain project plans and client-facing communications including - but not limited to - project timelines, schedules, agendas and training plans.
- Ability to use Microsoft Project to track progress; drive the direction of the project and to communicate with involved team members, with a high degree of proficiency
- Work with the Product team and Business Analyst to ensure that business & functional requirements and product roadmap documents are captured, version controlled and stored in logical tool accessible to all resources.
- Support promotion of project management best practices and FSIT Portfolio Management processes
- Proactively identify factors jeopardizing the project and escalate issues to management as appropriate.
- Manage multiple projects, tasks and responsibilities simultaneously.
- Conduct post project reviews with management to improve workflow and identify opportunities for efficiencies
- Facilitate conference calls and / or on-site meetings for key milestones such as Kick Off Meeting, client requirements gathering, Cutover, etc.
- Provides technical direction for the development, design, and systems integration from project scoping phase through implementation.
- Ability to assess risks, assist with problem solving, and identifying cost savings to the associated.
- Applies significant knowledge of industry trends and developments to improve service to our clients.
- Review work and technical documentation submitted by the business and development teams.
- Keeps stakeholders well informed of status of development effort and serves as liaison between development teams, clients and business.

Qualifications
- 2 + years Implementation / Project Manager and or subject matter expert
- 2 + years of experience in card processing / healthcare industry preferred
- PMP certified or working toward this certification
- University Degree / College Diploma or Equivalent
- Proficient in the use of Office 365, Microsoft Project, Excel, Visio and PowerPoint, Service Now, Confluence, JIRA
