We're hiring a Senior Data Engineer for an exciting 4-month contract (with the potential to extend or convert to full-time).
If you're skilled in Airflow , Databricks , Snowflake , and PySpark , and want to work with cutting-edge data platforms, this could be the perfect opportunity!
Here’s what you’ll do :
- Design and implement efficient, scalable data workflows using Databricks, PySpark, and SQL.
- Lead Airflow optimization and implementation efforts, guiding the team on best practices.
- Work closely with the environment manager to set up and maintain development, testing, and production environments.
- Collaborate on building operational data systems for performance, scalability, and availability.
Location :
Denver or Boulder, CO (remote considered)
Requirements :
- 5+ years of data engineering experience
- Strong hands-on skills with Databricks , Airflow , Snowflake , Python , and SQL
- Proven experience in managing cloud-based environments and large-scale data workflows
Bonus Points for :
- Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Knowledge of CI / CD, Data Lakes, and serverless technologies
