Bright Vision Technologies has an immediate opportunity for a Technical Writer based out of Princeton, New Jersey.

Position : Technical Writer

Location : Princeton, New Jersey (Hybrid 2 days remote, 3 days in office)

Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced Technical Writer with a strong background in creating comprehensive technical documentation for cloud-based software solutions.

This role involves collaborating closely with software engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders to produce high-quality documentation that ensures a clear understanding of complex technical concepts.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop, organize, and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for cloud-based systems, services, and tools.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to translate complex technical information into clear, concise, and user-friendly documents.
• Create API documentation, user guides, FAQs, release notes, and system architecture documentation.
• Work in an Agile environment, keeping documentation up-to-date in line with software updates and releases.
• Ensure consistency and accuracy in all technical documentation, adhering to company standards and guidelines.

Required Experience :

• 10+ years of proven experience in technical writing, specifically in cloud-based software documentation.
• Expertise in creating detailed user manuals, API documentation, technical guides, and architecture overviews.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP, with a deep understanding of their services and architecture.
• Strong ability to work cross-functionally with engineers, product teams, and other stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, with attention to detail and clarity.
• Experience with Agile methodologies.

Interviews :

2 rounds of interviews, including technical discussions and documentation assessments.
