As a valued caregiver working for our team, you would perform various personal care services with compassion and professionalism to meet our client's needs.
We are currently hiring for a home based position in the Flower Mound, TX area. The shift is Live-In starting Monday 8am- Friday 9am weekly.
Caregiver must be skilled with Hoyer lift and Gait belt as well as have dementia / Alzheimer's training. Client also prefers someone who is a good cook, that is friendly and interactive.
Responsibilities : Assist client in active and passive range of motion defined by the plan of care, document observed changes, report any changes to the agency.
Assist client in acitivities and possible errands / transportation as needed.
Develop and promote a safe environment for quality client care through adherence to established policies, procedures, and standards.

JOB REQUIREMENTS :
Minimum one (1) verifiable year of experience in a direct care setting (preferred)
Licensed driver with ensured and reliable automobile
Cell phone
Clean background and able to pass drug test
Adhere to HIPPA and maintain client confidentiality
