Duties :

Provide advice & support to the Residents and theirfamilies
Monitor Residents and administeringmedication and treatments
Document Residentcare services by charting in Resident & dept.records
Protect Residents & staff byadhering to infectioncontrol policies & protocols
Resolve Resident problems &needs by utilizingmultidisciplinary team strategies
Assurequality of care by adhering to Facility philosophies &standards of care
Maintain Resident confidenceby keeping information confidential

Requirements :

Must work well in a team environment
Current New York State RN License
LongTerm Care Experience Preferred
Solid computer skills; working knowledge of MSOffice
Excellent communicationskills
Friendly and a team worker
