Job specification

• Perform triage, prioritize patient care based on the severity of conditions, and initiate appropriate interventions.
• Operate and monitor medical equipment such as cardiac monitors, ventilators, and IV pumps.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards in all documentation practices.
• Educate patients and families about their conditions, treatment options, and discharge instructions.
• Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and quality improvement initiatives.

Candidate requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred; Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) acceptable with relevant experience.
• 1-2 years of clinical nursing experience, preferably in an emergency room or critical care setting.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required.
• ACLS, PALS, and Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) certification is a plus.
• Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
