On Time Delivery Service- A Life Couriers Company is in search of an experienced and dedicated Customer Support Representative (CSR) to join our team.

Responsibilities :

  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner.
  • Handling incoming and occasional outbound calls, averaging up to 30-60 per day.
  • Resolving customer issues and complaints with empathy and understanding.
  • Documenting customer interactions and maintaining accurate records.
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Continuously improving customer service skills and knowledge of products and services.
  • Other responsibilities as assigned by management.

Work Schedule :

  • Monday, Wednesday, and Friday : 7 : 00 AM to 4 : 00 PM
  • Tuesday and Thursday : 6 : 00 AM to 3 : 00 PM
  • Saturday : 9 : 00 AM to 3 : 00 PM on a rotating basis.
  • These hours may be adjusted based on business needs.

Requirements

Skills Required :

  • Analytical and problem-solving skills to diagnose problems and recommend effective solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate with others under any type of condition.
  • Ability to multitask and be adaptable.
  • Keen attention to detail.

Travel & Work Conditions :

  • Primarily sedentary.
  • Occasionally required to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Exposure to extreme hot and cold weather elements when outside or driving.

Education and Experience :

  • At least 21 years of age.
  • High school diploma or higher required.
  • 2+ years of customer service experience required.
  • Has a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations or at fault accidents in the previous 3 years.

Work Authorization :

  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without any type of work authorization or work sponsorship now or in the future.
