Position Details : Location : 100 Crystal Run Road, Middletown, NY 10941 Secondary Location : 300 Crystal Run Road, Middletown, NY 10941 Specialty : Pediatrics Schedule : Full time, 38 hours / weekly, Monday through Friday, hours 7 : 30AM - 5 : 30PM. Position includes one Saturday per month, hours 8 : 30- 2 : 00. Schedule is 4 days x 10 hours, with a rotating day off. Primary Responsibilities : Provide nursing care to patients and significant others via direct and / or telephone contact, following established standards and practices Coordinate with other care team members to ensure seamless care delivery and active patient participation in planning and care Assist physicians or other providers with clinical procedures and participate in patient teaching Provide direction to clerical assistants, medical assistants, and other non-licensed personnel Optum NY / NJ was formed in 2022 by bringing together Riverside Medical Group, CareMount Medical and ProHealth Care. Required Qualifications : Graduate of an accredited school of Practical Nursing New York State (NYS) license with current NYS registration, in good standing or compact license Experience working in Pediatrics Preferred Qualifications : Current CPR / BLS certification 1 years of experience as a licensed practical nurse or 2 years as a Medical Assistant in a pertinent practice area Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
