Job Summary :
We are seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to be the face of our organization and provide exceptional customer service to our clients and visitors.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing the front desk and ensuring that all administrative tasks flow seamlessly
Pay Range :
$18.25 - $27.00 per hour
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer and redirect phone calls in a clear and courteous tone.
- Maintain the front desk area in a clean and organized manner.
- Schedule and confirm appointments for clients and staff members.
- Handle inquiries via email, phone, and in person, providing accurate information.
- Assist with administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and document preparation.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
