If you are organized, efficient, accurate and accountable with a strong ability to multi-task, this may be the position for you.
Responsibilities :
- Answer incoming customer inquiries
- Collaborate with management teams to stay updated on new products, services, and policies
- Record customer information within our customer service database
- Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns
- Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company's customer service policies
- Other duties as requested

Qualifications
- You set high standards for excellence, integrity and customer service.
- You have strong attention to detail and enjoy mastering and completing assignments timely.
- You thrive in a fast-paced, environment where you are able to multi-task and juggle tasks simultaneously.
- Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities
- Three years of scheduling and dispatching experience in a comparable service field preferred
- Familiarity with NJ geography
- Ability to work full time Monday through Friday
