Job Summary

Allvue Systems invites you to bring your A-game as our Demand Generation Senior Manager. In this dynamic role, you'll architect and spearhead our integrated multi-channel marketing campaigns aimed at amplifying awareness, bolstering demand, nurturing leads, and impacting revenue positively.

This position, which reports directly to the Head of Marketing, is your chance to shine within a team of marketing mavericks.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a comprehensive, full-funnel demand generation strategy that drives brand awareness and lead generation from building top-of-funnel awareness programs to mid- and bottom-funnel initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives and audience needs
  • Develop paid media strategies on Google Bing, and LinkedIn and others; manage end-to-end campaign execution, from ideation and planning through to implementation and analysis
  • Lead the A / B testing strategy to optimize learnings for emails, landing pages, content and digital ads
  • Provide execution and logistics support before, during, and after digital events and / or webinars that are part of an overall demand generation plan
  • Maintain calendars, budgets, and tools to track campaigns and communicate plans and results internally and with agency partners
  • Work closely with the Marketing Automation expert and Sales Ops team to set up campaigns as well as track and report campaign impact, performance and opportunity conversions with granular tracking across relevant KPIs
  • Monitor lead hand-off and follow-up processes in collaboration with Marketing Automation specialist, Sales Ops team and Sales leadership
  • Master the entire buyer’s journey, strategically anticipating the role of marketing at each touchpoint. Identify ideal customer profiles and tailor digital and ABM campaigns that not only resonate and engage at every stage but also drive meaningful conversions
  • Forge strong partnerships with internal teams such as product marketing, field marketing, BDRs, and Sales to guarantee the prompt rollout and seamless orchestration of campaigns.

Engage in active dialogue to harvest insights and feedback, thus informing campaign refinement and precision targeting, and ensuring our messaging resonates perfectly with our intended audience.

Requirements

5+ year track record of B2B SaaS marketing with experience in supporting campaigns and programs of scale (e.g., over $100M in annual revenue);

3+ years in digital marketing

  • Extensive experience in the development of integrated campaigns and budgeting, execution, testing, and tracking performance utilizing tactics including email marketing, social advertising, content syndication, SEM, and programmatic display
  • Career success delivering results with a metrics-driven mindset and excelling in tracking campaign performance and associated spend down to granular details while providing roll-up reporting to senior management
  • Must have experience managing agencies and coordinating with vendors and external industry partners
  • Hands-on experience utilizing various MarTech tools (HubSpot and Salesforce experience strongly preferred)
  • Account Based Marketing (ABM) experience strongly preferred
  • A focus on analytics during campaign development and a commitment to ROI with results tracking and success measurement
  • Demonstrable success in strategic marketing disciplines and willingness to learn, try, and suggest new and creative ways to reach prospects
  • Resourceful self-starter, comfortable working autonomously with a strong sense of urgency and work ethic
  • Adaptable to successfully manage multiple, concurrent project demands within established timelines in a fast-paced, rapid-growth environment
  • A bias towards a collaborative work culture with strong interpersonal skills and comfort in a team setting
  • Effective presentation, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Skilled with PCs and Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Experience with WordPress, Adobe, Canva, SEMrush (or similar tools), Google Analytics, Salesforce, HubSpot is required
  • Industry experience in financial services and / or highly regulated industries preferred (e.g. alternative investments, private equity, venture capital, banking, wealth management, and insurance)
  • Global experience required : proven ability to work closely with a distributed

Education / Certifications

Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Finance, Business, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus
