Our Defense Client is looking for an experience Quality Control Inspector to inspect components, housings, and finished assemblies of electromechanical products for conformance to industry standards.
This is a great opportunity for someone that is interested in working a -day work week (Monday - Thursday, : pm - : am).
Day-to-day responsibilities will include :
- Use of low / high power microscopes, test equipment, and hand-held inspection tools
- Entering inspection results into QMS and MRP systems
- Working with Engineering to report and detail non-conformances
Requirements
- Microscope visual inspection
- years inspection experience
- ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) training / awareness
- High School diploma / GED
- Active Security Clearance highly desired
Knowledge / experience with the following is preferred :
- Defense Industry
- SAP Quality Module
- Mil-STD-
- IPC-
- J-STD- (ACTIVE CERTIFICATION PREFERRED)
- Clean Room
