Job Description

We are looking for a talented individual to manage Event Technology team members and provide an exceptional service to our clients.

This is the perfect opportunity for a motivated and self-driven individual with a background in meeting and event technology who is looking to grow their career.

They should be a quick learner with technology, passionate about people, extremely self-motivated, detail-oriented, and hospitable.

An ideal candidate can perform under tight deadlines and unexpected changes in direction and priorities.

Successful candidates will have the following :

• 7+ years of experience in a professional office environment with 5 years of meeting and event technology experience.
• Experience managing a team preferred.
• 5+ years of Cvent experience
• Advanced registration experience.
• Comfortable exploring and learning new technologies and working in a variety of databases
• Excellent computer skills Microsoft Office, Word, Outlook with an emphasis on Excel
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, be flexible & meet strict deadlines
• Strong hospitality and people skills with an eagerness to interact with clients and attendees
• Ability to travel as needed
• Working knowledge of CrowdCompass or other meeting industry applications
• Working knowledge of Cvent Attendee Hub, Cadence, Hopin, or other virtual platforms
• HTML experience

What you would be doing at unbridled :

• Oversee a team of Event Coordinators, Meeting Coordinators and Event Tech Specialists
• Responsible for teams' growth in both Unbridled processes and ensuring a solid Cvent foundation is developed
• Work with each team member to design and develop a training approach conducive to their learning style and growth path
• Interact with Event Tech, Operations Manager to design, develop, and conduct onboarding and trainings for the various roles within Event Tech
• Travel on-site to help train new Event Tech team members and fill Registration Lead or Event Tech Oversight role on-site
• Recognize and fill resourcing gaps accordingly on Cvent builds, onsite badge printing, app builds and overall team assistance
• This role has limited travel but can flex up as is needed
• Reviews post program recons and reports
• Ensures event technology turnovers are completed
